I thought that the problem was in a down pipe but it was actually in two manholes for the mains sewer, both of which were hidden from view, one under garden soil, the under under paving slabs and screed on a patio. Wayne, the service engineer, quickly got on with locating the manholes and clearing the blockage. He was cheerful, friendly and efficient."
