Severe drain blockage cleared fast

"We used the Basingstoke branch, and I couldn't be happier. We had a severe blockage in our main waste pipe due to previous owners dumping grease for years. I called in the morning, they came just after lunch. The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable and explained every step thoroughly, cheerfully answering my questions (I'm curious about everything) and did the job quickly and with a great sense of humour, letting me fill the fatburgs that flowed out. Price was brilliant too. Couldn't recommend enough. "

Clearing a difficult to access drain

"Happy Drains rang 15 mins before they attended. The attendant was friendly and personable. He had to break the drain cover to access the years of fat and grease accumulated, due to the laying of a new drive blocking access to the grate. He had useful advice on keeping the drain clear in future and cleaned all the mess and took away. This was all done very quickly. A satisfied customer. Would recommend."

Blocked drain

"Martin arrived on time, having let me know he was on the way. He quickly got to work and within minutes it was all sorted. He also kindly cleaned up the mess on my patio (the drains had overflowed during heavy rain, leaving it covered in sewage.) As I don't have access to the communal drain (he had to do it from my neighbour's), he even got out a metal detector to locate where my access shaft is (under the patio). Overall, Martin was thoroughly helpful and professional. I must also say of Happy Drains that they answer the phone quickly, and the lady I spoke to was helpful and courteous."

We were out when they arrived, and just got back after they finished, but after a mobile phone call they proceeded immediately. "Unfortunately the pipe was blocked with concrete which appears to have happened when the garden fence was erected. However, the tradesman wrote the reason it was blocked on the invoice which helped when I contacted the tradesmen who erected the fence."
