"I had a big block on my kitchen drain. My kitchen is the result of a garage conversion with long drains and hard access. Happy drains came after a few hours from my call and fixed the problem. They had to open an access on the laundry and charged a reasonable amount to do that. Very happy and would call them again!"

Jason from Happy Drains arrived on time and even called ahead to let us know exactly when he'd be arriving. Jason was polite and friendly from beginning to end. He sorted out the problem far quicker than expected considering the dire state of the blockage. After he'd done a wonderful job he then explained exactly how it had happened in detail, what needed to be fixed and told me some preventative measures to help avoid the problem from recurring until then."

"Just moved into new home &found drains blocked. Water company said couldn't come out for 3-5 days, - too long if you can't use the loo! Left message for Gary. Even though it was Sunday, he called back really quickly and talked us through what problem might be, reassured us we'd be okay overnight, and if the water company still wasn't able to attend, he'd come out Monday to fix things. Thankfully, water company engineer very helpfully appeared at 6pm and cleared things. Gary called back early Monday to check on us, and was again so helpful. Couldn't ask for someone more helpful!"
