There was a blockage, like a fatberg, in the internal pipe.
We had a problem with the pipes in the flat and Tony was really good at working out how to clear it. We were told to ask for a 50m cable if it happened again as the pipe is very long. The work couldnt be guaranteed as the access is limited, but he did clear the blockage and from calling to solving the problem was all within 2 hours. I would definitely recommend.
