Outside runoff drain to mains was backed up and overflowing.
Called them on a Saturday when the drain was especially playing up and within 20 minutes they rang back with the job booked in for the Monday. Didn't have to pay him then and there, but instead was issued online invoice and link to super-simple payment procedure. Brilliant. I noticed that the patio was awash with soapy water and realised that the drain leading from the kitchen sink was blocked and overflowing. I phoned Happy Drains and they were so helpful. DYNO ROD previously accepted our request to clear but on New Year's Eve morning declined as they were too busy and couldn't reach us until after New Year.
