Bath Sink/Pipe Issue
Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. He arrived on time did a quick survey of the problem and got on and solved the issue. At the end showed me pictures of the limescale which had blocked the pipe. Left with sink/drain running well. What more can you ask!!

Unblocking of drain/sewage pipe
The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean! He was polite and friendly throughout. An overall top notch service!

We booked in a clean because our drain in the back garden smelled like rotting eggs. The technician took off the manhole cover and could see it was completely blocked. Top class from start to finish. I rang at around 09.30 about a blocked drain outside the kitchen of our house and it was cleared by 11.30. The lady who answered the phone called me straight back after checking availability and gave me a booking time of 11.00-12.00 - luckily we were en route for one of the engineers. Got a call from the engineer around 10.15 to say he would be here at 11.00 and he was. He was friendly, efficient, very respectful of social distancing and had the drain cleared very quickly, tidying up thoroughly before he left. Online payment easy and receipt emailed. Awesome!
