Excellent communication from all, keeping me informed as to time etc. They came the next day, on time, and hosed the drains out. I called them in the morning. The person who answered was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. An appointment was booked for that same afternoon. The engineer called 45mn before arriving and was right on time. He was very nice, polite and did a great job. They all made the costs very clear all along. We booked in a clean because our drain in the back garden smelled like rotting eggs. The technician took off the manhole cover and could see it was completely blocked. It was not a very easy job; in fact it was pretty tricky but the engineer did sn excellent job in un blocking the drain and really cleaning things up. This is the second time I have used Happy drains; last time probably two + years ago. The company is very can do, friendly and do a good job. I highly recommend the work they do; fast, and effective.

"After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
