We had a blocked drain but couldn't rod it or find where the blockage was, it was inaccessible to us. Called Happy Drains and spoke to Rachel who was very helpful and someone was here in about 15 minutes as they had just finished a job nearby, that was amazing in itself! The guys located the problem area quickly and kept us updated, they were very friendly. Very prompt arrival by two operatives in fact an hour early, to clear a blocked drain from my kitchen. Two friendly guys set about the blockage with a pressure hose. Very friendly, polite and professional team. They did a great job of unblocking very badly blocked kitchen sink drain. It took almost an hour, and a lot of effort, due to how bad the blockage was. They also stopped a leak under the sink, and gave us advice on how to prevent drain blockage from reoccurring. Thank you very much guys for a job well done. Clear Blocked outside drain
I called Happy Drains to come and clear a blocked outside drain. Tommy was allocated my job. He called me 30 mins before arrival to inform me of his arrival time. On Arrival introduced himself and asked where the drain was. Immediately got to work and cleared the drain then checked there were no blockages. Cleaned up the drain which was full of fat and food before packing up. What I have to say about Tommy was he was a breath of fresh air and really refreshing to see a young man who was polite, reassuring and took pride in his work too. Great service and will use Happy Drains again.
