Clearing a difficult to access drain

"Happy Drains rang 15 mins before they attended. The attendant was friendly and personable. He had to break the drain cover to access the years of fat and grease accumulated, due to the laying of a new drive blocking access to the grate. He had useful advice on keeping the drain clear in future and cleaned all the mess and took away. This was all done very quickly. A satisfied customer. Would recommend."

"We used the Basingstoke branch, and I couldn't be happier. We had a severe blockage in our main waste pipe due to previous owners dumping grease for years. I called in the morning, they came just after lunch. The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable and explained every step thoroughly, cheerfully answering my questions (I'm curious about everything) and did the job quickly and with a great sense of humour, letting me fill the fatburgs that flowed out. Price was brilliant too. Couldn't recommend enough. "

He identified the problem quickly, cleared it out and implemented a solution to stop it happening again. Cost was very reasonable and as quoted. Very courteous and Knowledgeable engineer. "We discovered a blocked and overflowing drain at our property and called Happy Drains. Great customer service and found out very swiftly when an engineer could come out to us that same day followed by a confirmation text. The engineer then called when he was on his way. Lovely polite man who dealt with the problem quickly and also gave us some tips on care going forward. Would highly recommend. "Excellent service ! Rang on a Sunday and plumber then called me back that day to discuss and arrange appointment for next day . They accessed using side gate as I had to be at work. Sent text when done and invoice included photos and all work carried out . Very pleased. I even noticed the path had been swept down a bit. Invoice was prompt and easy to pay . Would recommend and use again if needed. Price was v fair I felt . I rang another company who had triple charge and needed to access my house which would have proved tricky if I am honest . Great service. Great company."
