From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. I was contacted on the day at 1.30 to confirm the appointment was still going ahead and offered an earlier time which actually was better for me. The man came promptly, was very efficient, friendly and polite. Got the job done quickly. Explained what he was doing and why it had blocked. Phoned happy drains, had a camera inspection carried out, with report to follow. Max put my mind at rest and was both friendly and helpful, he then arranged another appiontment.
