From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. I knew immediately upfront what the cost would be and how much extra if a Saturday call out was needed. I was kept informed by phone and email and received a call from the engineers 30 mins prior to arrival. They very quickly identified and cleared the problem clearing up any slight mess they made. Hope not to need this service again but if I do would Happily use Happy drains again.

Called Happy Drains about 9am as my ensuite toilet was blocked which was the only working toilet at the time. They advised that someone could be with me between 10am and 12noon. Two guys arrived just after 12 and went to work straight away to clear the blockage, which they did quickly, cleanly and professionally. Based on this I would use Happy Drains again.

I rang just after lunch to report a blocked drain and received a call back to say that an operator would attend within an hour although I mentioned that it was not an emergency. He arrived promptly and very quickly removed a difficult and very heavy manhole and completed the work in a very efficient manner. The operator was a very pleasant individual who carried out what was a very unpleasant job in a very good natured manner.
