I had called another company to deal with a blocked drain on Friday 13th November and had a visit scheduled for 12-6 but they never showed up. I called the other company offices several times and got conflicting messages that the engineer would be with me / the job was cancelled / the job wasn't cancelled but they were running 2 computer systems and it was cancelled in 1 but not in the other.
