The engineer arrived on time and used his camera to locate the blockage which was fat and some sort of sauce that had congealed in the drain. He then used a high pressure water lance to loosen the deposit and then wash it out of the drain. All done in about 50 mins. The fixed fee of £95 plus Vat means you know where you stand and you also get a 60 day guarantee. I would definitely use Happy Drains again."

"Persistent unpleasant smell from drains into kitchen sink. Eliminated problems with internal plumbing so called HD. First appt engineer rang to say earlier job had been more complex than reported and would be late for our job. Offer of new appt 2 days later accepted. Engineer (Quinn) rang with ETA, arrived in middle of time slot. He was polite, professional, he quickly located and removed the problem and flushed the whole drainage system."
