I've used Happy Drains for many years. From complicated jobs (rebuilding a damaged sewer drain) to just a quick unblock. The last job was a simple blocked main drain. They came in the afternoon, called ahead to tell me the time they would be arriving. It was a simple job but when you have a household using the shower and toilet it needed to be sorted. We asked Happy Drains to clear a blocked domestic sewer. They did the job quickly, with skill. The technician confirmed our suspician that the sewer was damaged and problems could recur. We therfore asked them to do a CCTV assessment which they did without delay. They quoted a competitive price for repair with 5 year warrenty. The job, which involved some digging was done on 17 March. Despite unexpected problems the quote was honoured. At each stage engineers explained what was going on. Clear up after each visit was exceptional. We were given full evidence of work done for our records..

Just moved into new home &found drains blocked. Water company said couldn't come out for 3-5 days, - too long if you can't use the loo! Left message for Gary. Even though it was Sunday, he called back really quickly and talked us through what problem might be, reassured us we'd be okay overnight, and if the water company still wasn't able to attend, he'd come out Monday to fix things. Thankfully, water company engineer very helpfully appeared at 6pm and cleared things. Gary called back early Monday to check on us, and was again so helpful. Couldn't ask for someone more helpful!
