The friendly lady that answered the phone very helpfully managed to get someone to come the next morning. I received a call prior to the workmen arriving, which was reassuring. They were friendly and very efficient; 25 minutes after they arrived the problem was resolved; brilliant! I would highly recommend this company."

First appt engineer rang to say earlier job had been more complex than reported and would be late for our job. Offer of new appt 2 days later accepted. Engineer (Quinn) rang with ETA, arrived in middle of time slot. He was polite, professional, he quickly located and removed the problem and flushed the whole drainage system."
