Called Happy Drains this morning as we had a blocked toilet and shower drain. Emily on the phone took my details and said she'd call back with availability. She called me right back and said an engineer could come out within couple of hrs. Wayne arrived and was lovely. Slightly tricky job as we couldn't identify the correct drain, but Wayne cleared the two other drains on the property and continued to find the 3rd with the blockage. Prompt, polite and professional. A blocked drain causing blocked toilets just before Christmas, and on a Sunday, is not a welcome addition to the pre-Christmas preparations. He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out. Then the U bend was reassembled to show me the blockage had been cleared. All done very efficiently and effectively with very little mess being caused. I was very pleased and impressed."
