Easy to book by phone.The booking operator said the clearing of the drain could be done the same day.Rang the engineer to get an estimate 4 hour slot. She called back 5 mins later to say between 10-2. The engineer would ring with a 45 min notice. Sure enough Gordon rang. He arrived on time. Cleared the wet wipes blockage within the hour.
