On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"

"Very Pleased with the service provided by Happy Drains - I've use them before because they are so good, quick and efficient - Oh and very reasonable compared to some Drain Cleaners we wont name them but you'll know who I mean. Happy Drains were out the day after Id emailed to say I had a problem with my outside drains completely backed up - not a pretty sight. They kept me advised when they were arriving and what to expect - the engineers were both very able and very friendly - they had the drains unblocked very quickly and with minimum fuss. Highly Recommend - I wouldn't use anyone else."

"Phone was answered quickly when I rang up and explained the problem. I was called back pretty quickly with an estimated arrival time of between 11 and 3, in fact help arrived before 11. The problem was explained and assessed, and work began straight away. It took about 15 minutes or so and I was shown water draining from sink into manhole, blockage removed! Really quick, efficient job, I couldn't be happier."
