We called in very worried about an overflowing gully, they sent a specialist over the next morning and he fixed our problem with no fuss even though it was not completely straightforward. He took initiative and solved the problem. He notified the sewer company as well who came just two days later to fix things on their end. (Though as far as our issue went it was already fixed on day 1!) it took less than an hour and we're very happy with the result!
