Work completed the same afternoon after I called in the morning detailing the problem. Everything was fine. They even sent a fellow golfer! The only (small) negative was that the details I gave in my call that morning hadn't been passed on to Tony, when he arrived to do the work - I had been trying to clear the drain myself when the brush head came off my drain cleaning kit and got stuck down the drain, making matters worse. Tony was able to recover it.
