Our drains where totally blocked. Toilets where backing up and couldn't even have a shower! I'm a pump engineer so I've got a rough idea how to fix this but after trying drain rods for two days straight I gave up and called the experts. The engineer turned up on time, was polite and even took the time to explain to my daughter why she shouldn't be throwing wet wipes down the toilet! The call out charge seems a bit steep for the time it took, but it does seem to be a standard rate that people charge. Very happy to recommend.
