Excellent communication from all, keeping me informed as to time etc. They came the next day, on time, and hosed the drains out. I called them in the morning. The person who answered was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. An appointment was booked for that same afternoon. The engineer called 45mn before arriving and was right on time. He was very nice, polite and did a great job. They all made the costs very clear all along.
