From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. I knew immediately upfront what the cost would be and how much extra if a Saturday call out was needed. I was kept informed by phone and email and received a call from the engineers 30 mins prior to arrival. They very quickly identified and cleared the problem clearing up any slight mess they made. I tried three times to get an appointment to stick. First one cancelled at short notice due to camera problem. Second didn't turn up at all but found out later it was due to a medical emergency (drugged up lad found behind van). Third time booked for "first appointment of the day" as I wasn't going to hang around all morning/afternoon again, and he turned up 90 mins after the time I thought I had agreed as a "second appointment of the day". I complained and the resolution of the complaint could not have been faulted - it was dealt with generously and promptly with effusive apologies. A++

Called Happy Drains just before 9am. Quoted me a price to unblock my drain. Price was competitive. Called me 15 minutes later to advise timescale for the visit which was between 10-12am. Technician called me to advise what time he expected to arrive. He was friendly and efficient and thorough and explained what he was doing and gave advice on how to prevent future blockages.
