We booked in a clean because our drain in the back garden smelled like rotting eggs. The technician took off the manhole cover and could see it was completely blocked. Perfect customer experience. We had an overflowing sink and nothing was coming out of the waste/drain pipe at the front of the house. Called up Happy Drains, the call was answered straight away (no hold music or queues) and was told they could have someone over within the hour. The engineer arrived quickly (sorry I can't remember his name) and did a CCTV check on the pipe. This didn't show where the blockage was so he unblocked it from inside which did the job and he left the kitchen spotless. He was very polite and friendly and wasn't rushed to move on to the net job. Would highly recommend!
