Kitchen Sink Drain Blockage
Telephoned Happy Drains early morning. Was told a technician would come to me late afternoon. He arrived at 4pm after telephoning to advise his arrival time. He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out. Then the U bend was reassembled to show me the blockage had been cleared. All done very efficiently and effectively with very little mess being caused. I was very pleased and impressed.

Tried to unblock a drain without success
Tony was very courteous. He tried his best to unblock the drain but did not succeed. He recommended that the toilet be taken out and a CCTV scan done to identify the blockage. There was a miscommunication leading me to believe that Happy Drains could carry out this work on Monday. When Happy Drains informed me that I needed to contact a plumber to remove the toilet I searched for a plumber who could also clear drains. I found someone who was able to take the toilet out and clear the blockage inside 30 minutes.

The work was completed quickly and efficiently but the drain could not be cleared 100% due to very old blockages that could not be cleared. However, the drain does now flow where it didn't before and I think it is now as good as it is ever going to be. I was happy that the work was completed to a high standard though. A new soakaway is probably going to be needed in the future.
