From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. I noticed that the patio was awash with soapy water and realised that the drain leading from the kitchen sink was blocked and overflowing. I phoned Happy Drains and they were so helpful. Arranged for someone to call round between 1 and 3. I arrived home at 12.55 to find them patiently waiting outside. They were very friendly and helpful. Did a thorough job clearing the drain, lifting the manhole cover and making sure the water was flowing freely. I was delighted with their service and would definitely recommend them.

"The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean! He was polite and friendly throughout. An overall top notch service!"
