"After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"

Kitchen drain Blocked

"I had a big block on my kitchen drain. My kitchen is the result of a garage conversion with long drains and hard access. Happy drains came after a few hours from my call and fixed the problem. They had to open an access on the laundry and charged a reasonable amount to do that. Very happy and would call them again!"

"A mucky job which was carried out very efficiently by Tony. He arrived on time on the appointment day, no faffing about. I was kept in touch with photos and any recommendations for the future which I could actually 'talk' with someone to discuss this. The office/booking team (Emily) extremely efficient and friendly.
