The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean! He was polite and friendly throughout. An overall top notch service!

I was contacted by a very happy and enthusiastic operator and an appointment was made quickly and he turned up on time. The enthusiastic and knowledgeable operative explained and showed me what the issues were and began to clear the manhole and sewer run, then completely cleaned the area surrounding the manhole, tidied up and showed us the root ball he had also found which along with the flushable toilet wipes had caused the blockage.
