"We used the Basingstoke branch, and I couldn't be happier. We had a severe blockage in our main waste pipe due to previous owners dumping grease for years. He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out.
