Call arranged for the following day, email received confirming this along with confirmation of anticipated cost. My tenant confirmed that they arrived at the appointed time, undertook the job in a timely manner and left the area clean and tidy. "We had a blockage under the house on the drain that runs from the kitchen sink. A friend who is actually an engineer who specifies drains sad he had used Happy Drains and they were good. The engineer arrived on time and used his camera to locate the blockage which was fat and some sort of sauce that had congealed in the drain. He then used a high pressure water lance to loosen the deposit and then wash it out of the drain. All done in about 50 mins. The fixed fee of £95 plus Vat means you know where you stand and you also get a 60 day guarantee. I would definitely use Happy Drains again."

"After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
