"From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. I knew immediately upfront what the cost would be and how much extra if a Saturday call out was needed. I was kept informed by phone and email and received a call from the engineers 30 mins prior to arrival. They very quickly identified and cleared the problem clearing up any slight mess they made. Hope not to need this service again but if I do would Happily use Happy drains again."

"We recently noticed our downstairs WC was not flushing properly, and our outside man hole, was flooding and smelt terribly. I got in contact with happy drains and they hooked someone in within the next 2 days as I requested. The guy came to site, and told me exactly what he was doing and what he thought the issue may be. "Tommy was excellent. Rang and got a same day appointment. Phoned ahead to confirm arrival time. Unlocked the drain quickly with a rod but followed up by jetting the drain to make sure it was entirely clear. Provided a number of good tips on how to avoid future blockage. Tommy was polite friendly and very efficient."
