They stated that the engineer would call that afternoon and sent email confirmation. The engineer arrived promptly at 1:45pm, took a look at the job and again confirmed the cost. He then proceeded to rod and jet the drain to clear the blockage. He was polite and efficient and made sure that water flow was restored before leaving. Following initial cctv inspection, repairs were found. A comprehensive report, with the cctv footage was sent out after I had paid for the inspection. A chap called Jason was extremely helpful in guiding me through the report. Si, the engineer who came out to do the repairs was a nice chap, very helpful and talked me through all aspects of the job. I must say the quote part of the report that comes from head office made the job sound a lot bigger than it actually was. I think next time I would consider paying for the cctv inspection and report and getting other quotes for the work to be done.
