He rapidly identified the blocked kitchen sink that had not been resolved by a plumber was a drainage issue (as suspected), found the drains, identified the correct one linked to the kitchen, sent a camera down to find the blockage, and rinsed it away with high pressure water jet. Took an hour, with a lot accomplished. No additional or unexpected charges. Very happy with their service and professionalism (given dealing with these sorts of issues can be a minefield of distrust).

Kitchen Sink Drain Blockage
Telephoned Happy Drains early morning. Was told a technician would come to me late afternoon. He arrived at 4pm after telephoning to advise his arrival time. He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out. Then the U bend was reassembled to show me the blockage had been cleared. All done very efficiently and effectively with very little mess being caused. I was very pleased and impressed.

My drain was blocked and even though it was a private drain Thames Water didn't clear it. Happy Drains came out within 24 hours and cleared it in a matter of minutes. It turned out it was blocked on my Neighbours property but that wasn't a problem. Happy Drains were very helpful explaining about the private drain. Lee is an absolute professional. He identified a man hole where the roots where causing the blockage using the footage on the camera. He then helped locate the man hole and removed roots. Then used high pressure jet hose to loosen compacted toilet paper. Blockage sorted in under an hour. Would recommend and will be using happy drains going forward. All costs were stated up front.
