He rapidly identified the blocked kitchen sink that had not been resolved by a plumber was a drainage issue (as suspected), found the drains, identified the correct one linked to the kitchen, sent a camera down to find the blockage, and rinsed it away with high pressure water jet. Took an hour, with a lot accomplished. No additional or unexpected charges. Very happy with their service and professionalism (given dealing with these sorts of issues can be a minefield of distrust)."

Quickest and easiest unblocking i've seen!

"After so many expensive quotes from other companies regarding a clogged drain outside our kitchen window - Happy Drains answered our questions on Checkatrade and gave us a set quote - After talking to them on the phone, the team were kind, honest and fully transparent about how the day would go - One of their team members (unfortunately didn't get his name) came over, took one look at the drain, unblocked it and was on his merry way! INitially cleared blockage but found root mass in the sewer so cleared that as well

"Not used this company before but when I was unable to clear a blockage in my sewer line I gave them a call. They were responsive and the engineer just got to work, identified where the sewer ran then blasted it clear. The sewer was running again within 15 mins. The knowledgeable engineer said he believed there were roots in the sewer as he could "feel" them. A camera run showed the root mass and where located. He blasted the roots from the inside then found that the majority were ingressing through the side of the sump on one of the manholes so cleared those too. Highly recommend this company"
