However in all fairness they are a business not a charity and it's not their fault at least they turned up and attempted to unblock it on a Saturday as well (I called them same day) very responsive! It's now an Anglian Water problem."

Arranged for someone to call round between 1 and 3. I arrived home at 12.55 to find them patiently waiting outside. They were very friendly and helpful.
