Arrival was later than original appointment but nature of the work means it must be very difficult to be 100% timely. Did get a call about 1 hour before arrival to say he was on his way. Staff was friendly and polite and he quickly got to the nub of the problem. Job was resolved quite quickly on this occasion. I liked the lengths he went to ensure the blockage was really cleared not least because it was only a partial blockage which only caused water to back up when draining a quantity not just running a tap.
