Bath Sink/Pipe Issue
Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. He arrived on time did a quick survey of the problem and got on and solved the issue. At the end showed me pictures of the limescale which had blocked the pipe. Left with sink/drain running well. What more can you ask!!

From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. I knew immediately upfront what the cost would be and how much extra if a Saturday call out was needed. The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean! He was polite and friendly throughout. An overall top notch service!

"After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
