I whole-heartedly recommend Happy Drains. My initial telephone contact was handled with speed, efficiency, courtesy and clarity. I was given a fixed price quotation and an estimate of the time when the work would be done - both were met. I thought that the problem was in a down pipe but it was actually in two manholes for the mains sewer, both of which were hidden from view, one under garden soil, the under under paving slabs and screed on a patio. Wayne, the service engineer, quickly got on with locating the manholes and clearing the blockage. He was cheerful, friendly and efficient.

So happy with the service we received. Completed the online form on bank holiday Monday requesting a visit on Tuesday and had a call within an hour saying they'd come between 9 and 12. Lee arrived bang on 9am and got straight to work clearing our drain. Once ours was sorted it became clear there was a problem with the main sewer. After clearing about 30m it was apparent the problem was much further away at another house. Lee kindly called Thames Water on our behalf and advised they'd be attending in 4 hours - which they did. Called them yesterday; Tony Hebditch came today - I am so incredibly impressed. I thought I had a small blockage and then Tony opened an inspection chamber which was full to overflowing with sewage. Amazingly he cleared it all out and left the area immaculate within 40 wish minutes. He was so personable, professional, made me feel safe and that I was in expert hands.
