A very friendly and polite young man - great with my dog, who insists on pestering anyone who dare to enter his territory! We had a blocked surface-water drain in our lightwell. The team pulled out a lot of silt and managed to unblock it. They took away the silt and hosed down the area afterwards so it was clean.
