During some work, I had dislodged a Manhole cover and it had dropped into the Manhole its self.
On contacting Happydrains, they reacted immediately said that "someone would be out to help" between 2 and 5pm. Just over an hour later two engineers arrived and retrieved the cover: they then checked and flushed the system before replacing the cover. They couldn't have been more helpful. All in all, excellent service.

Tommy and Gordon came round and were really polite and helpful from the offset. I was meant to have a survey but they listens to what I thought was the problem, told they understood and said they didn't need to carry out a survey and could unblock the drain. They then started work, got the problem sorted and gave me some advice on how to maintain the drain going forward. Brilliant service compared to other companies I've used, who charge you by how long they are on site. Much happier with Happy Drains. Great company.
