Kitchen drain not clearing outside.

"After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"

"They were professional on the phone and throughout the process. The Engineer was polite, timely, explained what he'd do and said he'd clean up the area afterwards. Job was done perfectly and their price was considerably better than others and as such represented excellent value! Hope I won't need them again (?...) but should I do, they would be my automatic choice. Heartily and unreservedly recommend them based on our experience "

The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable and explained every step thoroughly, cheerfully answering my questions (I'm curious about everything) and did the job quickly and with a great sense of humour, letting me fill the fatburgs that flowed out. Price was brilliant too. Couldn't recommend enough. "
