We had a blocked drain but couldn't rod it or find where the blockage was, it was inaccessible to us. Called Happy Drains and spoke to Rachel who was very helpful and someone was here in about 15 minutes as they had just finished a job nearby, that was amazing in itself! The guys located the problem area quickly and kept us updated, they were very friendly. They sorted the issue and also provided rodding access should the problem arise again as it is a potential problem area. Superb service and reasonable rates, would happily recommend them. Thanks!!

Very prompt arrival by two operatives in fact an hour early, to clear a blocked drain from my kitchen. Two friendly guys set about the blockage with a pressure hose. "After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"

At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean!
