"Tommy and Gordon arrived within one hour of my phone call and quickly got to the root of the problem, and proceeded to apply their plunger(s) and vac to ensure my blockage was cleared. They cleared up any mess, whilst fielding calls from head office, I imagine regarding same-day appointments. They even gave me some advice on my air-trap which I would quite like them to call me on, to make sure I understood them correctly! This problem had been concerning me for a few weeks, so these guys lifted my mood considerably after my property managers had prevaricated somewhat."

"Just moved into new home &found drains blocked. Water company said couldn't come out for 3-5 days, - too long if you can't use the loo! Left message for Gary. Even though it was Sunday, he called back really quickly and talked us through what problem might be, reassured us we'd be okay overnight, and if the water company still wasn't able to attend, he'd come out Monday to fix things.
