To investigate and resolve a potential blockage that was causing an odour in the bathroom
Wayne attended right in the middle of the time window provided by the company (8am to 9am) and took the time to understand the issue fully before taking the necessary action to resolve the issue. The issue was caused by a plastic lid being stuck and I believe other people may have not persevered until this was fully removed, which Wayne did. Noticed a problem with our drainage at around 8.30 am. Phoned a couple of companies, including the local water board who could not commit to a time. Happy Drains promised a 'pm' call. Our house has no rear access, limited parking and a sewer grate under removable tiles in the extension which had not been lifted for 10 years +. The engineer was not phased and immediately got to work looking for the best solution in the circumstances. Problem, which was a backed-up sewer (not nice), was fixed in around 30 mins

Genuinely nice guys who could have easily overcharged us but didn't- honest reliable and polite and completed the works when they said and for the agreed price, despite it being a difficult job. I don't often write reviews but these guys really were a cut above the rest and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. 10/10 and I wont be using anyone else in the future. I don't remember the last time we received this type of good old fashioned value for money honest and trustworthy service.
