To investigate and resolve a potential blockage that was causing an odour in the bathroom
Wayne attended right in the middle of the time window provided by the company (8am to 9am) and took the time to understand the issue fully before taking the necessary action to resolve the issue. The issue was caused by a plastic lid being stuck and I believe other people may have not persevered until this was fully removed, which Wayne did.
