Kitchen Sink Drain Blockage
Telephoned Happy Drains early morning. Was told a technician would come to me late afternoon. He arrived at 4pm after telephoning to advise his arrival time. He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out. Then the U bend was reassembled to show me the blockage had been cleared. All done very efficiently and effectively with very little mess being caused. I was very pleased and impressed.

They came late because of a hold up in a previous job. Important point, they did call us so we were aware of this. When they came they were polite, pleasant and knew what they were doing. Access was not easy because the manhole lies either side of a fence but they were able to remove the cover and rod the drain to clear it. I was very impressed with their whole attitude to the work and would certainly recommend this company as a result of this experience of their work.
