Bath Sink/Pipe Issue
Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. He arrived on time did a quick survey of the problem and got on and solved the issue. At the end showed me pictures of the limescale which had blocked the pipe. Left with sink/drain running well. What more can you ask!!

Unblocking of drain/sewage pipe
The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean! He was polite and friendly throughout. An overall top notch service!

So happy with the service! We had a blocked kitchen sink and the guys came and unblocked it swiftly. I called early afternoon and they arrived within a couple of hours. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional and friendly. I asked about slow water in the bathroom and one of the guys helped us out with the plunger. The kitchen sink was blocked and when the washing machine discharged its contents the sink then overflowed! So urgent help needed. They were open after hours for emergency requests. The late night visit which we had anticipated did not happen, however on following up in the morning, they quickly dispatched someone to the property and sorted the problem for a pre-agreed fixed fee. The office reception or deployment was actually good and friendly and had a can-do attitude. The guy turning up struggled a bit with directions but communicated until he arrived. I would use them again.
