Clear Blocked outside drain
I called Happy Drains to come and clear a blocked outside drain. Tommy was allocated my job. He called me 30 mins before arrival to inform me of his arrival time. On Arrival introduced himself and asked where the drain was. Immediately got to work and cleared the drain then checked there were no blockages. Cleaned up the drain which was full of fat and food before packing up. What I have to say about Tommy was he was a breath of fresh air and really refreshing to see a young man who was polite, reassuring and took pride in his work too. Cannot praise Happy Drains enough. From booking to the completion of job. Easy to book by phone.The booking operator said the clearing of the drain could be done the same day.Rang the engineer to get an estimate 4 hour slot. She called back 5 mins later to say between 10-2. The engineer would ring with a 45 min notice. Sure enough Gordon rang. He arrived on time. Cleared the wet wipes blockage within the hour. Explained and answered all my questions. Thoroughly nice, informative engineer. Rang at 8am. Gordon arrived at 10.35.Finished by 11.30. Excellent price. Highly recommended.
