Called Happy Drains as although drain wasn't blocked it was smelling and there were drains flies. We booked in a clean because our drain in the back garden smelled like rotting eggs. The technician took off the manhole cover and could see it was completely blocked. Damian from Happy Drains was friendly and cheerful, but always polite and professional and persistent with unblocking drain. Damian had a powerful acqua vac that was required to unblock the drain.
