Work initially appeared successful. However problem started to repersist to a level where action is again required. Although clearly the same issue that needs to be investigated in greater detail than the initial work, Happy Drains state that because out of their 30 day guarantee they will not come back out without fully charging again. There was no budging on this, and no attempt to try to accommodate a job clearly initially not fully successfully completed. My mistakes - not spotting this is not a local company, and believing that there would be some pride in wanting to keep customers happy!

I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
