"After an incredibly stressful few days of having what we thought was a partially blocked toilet, we managed to find Happy Drains, who unlike many other plumbing businesses, were able to provide an upfront cost. After making the call, we had Martin come over the next day and he was fantastic. Despite originally thinking it was going to be a simple job, we all soon found that the blockage was much more severe. Martin stayed until the job was done, was incredibly conscious of any risk whilst going about fixing the issue, and ultimately resolved the problem. Thank you so much Martin!"

INitially cleared blockage but found root mass in the sewer so cleared that as well

"Not used this company before but when I was unable to clear a blockage in my sewer line I gave them a call. They were responsive and the engineer just got to work, identified where the sewer ran then blasted it clear. The sewer was running again within 15 mins. The knowledgeable engineer said he believed there were roots in the sewer as he could "feel" them. A camera run showed the root mass and where located. He blasted the roots from the inside then found that the majority were ingressing through the side of the sump on one of the manholes so cleared those too. Highly recommend this company"

Then went on to check and clean all other drains to ensure no residual problems, and all within the same standard price of £95 plus VAT (total £114). Incredibly helpful

"Just moved into new home &found drains blocked. Water company said couldn't come out for 3-5 days, - too long if you can't use the loo! Left message for Gary. Even though it was Sunday, he called back really quickly and talked us through what problem might be, reassured us we'd be okay overnight, and if the water company still wasn't able to attend, he'd come out Monday to fix things. Thankfully, water company engineer very helpfully appeared at 6pm and cleared things. Gary called back early Monday to check on us, and was again so helpful. Couldn't ask for someone more helpful!"
