"Company was able to give me an appointment next morning. Engineer called to tell me his arrival time. Very courteous and polite. Quickly got on with the job. Explained what he would be doing. He used a high power jet washer and hosed down all the affected areas. Gave me advice on how to prevent a recurrence. He was then able to issue an on-line invoice for the fixed price I was quoted. Total time taken for the job was abot 45minutes. Very pleased with the service, price and quality of the work. I would highly reccommend."
