"There have been issues with our block's communal drain since 2017. Six blockages have resulted in dramatic floods that threatened to swamp the three basement flats in sewage. A different company couldn't do much as it was a 'communal drain', Thames Water couldn't do much as it wasn't 'their drain', the Residents Association wouldn't do much as they didn't want to spend much money - so had a prod with a rod every now and then. Happy Drains unblocked yet another block and importantly jet washed away troublesome, water flow slowing debris, and all for £150. Happy days Happy Drains!"

Their communication was always very clear, and the one time I misunderstood something, they immediately contacted me by phone to politely correct my error. The plumber contacted me by phone to give me 20 minutes notice of his arrival. On arrival, he immediately assessed the situation, and rectified it using equipment within the vehicle. The whole process took just minutes, and he explained the causes of the issue to me. At the same time he checked all other connected drains and made good the area."

Removing a problematic drain trap

"Had Happy Drains out to fix a sewer line trap that was blocking regularly and causing us much grief. It took a couple of goes to diagnose the issue, but then we got a very reasonable quote compared with other providers. The job involved lifting our garden paving and digging up the soil to remove the trap. On the day, the team were very courteous, explained everything (in detail . . .), and left the area clean and tidy - also going above and beyond by fixing some other minor problems. It's too soon to say if the drain issue is fixed forever, but I was delighted with the service as received."
